Terms of Service

1. Service Description

DigitalMenu.ge is a digital menu platform for restaurants and food establishments. The service includes QR menu creation, AI-powered assistants, analytics, multilingual support, and image generation/enhancement tools.

2. Registration and Account Security

To use the Service, users must register and provide accurate information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

3. Pricing and Payments

The Service offers paid subscription plans with a 14-day free trial (no credit card required at sign-up):

• Starter: 5 GEL/month (or 4 GEL/month billed annually)
• Pro: 16 GEL/month (or 12.80 GEL/month billed annually)
• Business: 39 GEL/month (or 31.20 GEL/month billed annually)

AI Credits and Coins are sold separately for all plans. Payments are processed through the Bank of Georgia (BOG) payment gateway. Supported methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Online Banking. All transactions are secured via SSL certification.

4. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in Georgian Lari (GEL/₾).

5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription via account settings before the next billing date to avoid charges.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if the subscription is cancelled within the first 7 days of the initial purchase.
• Proportional compensation in case of service unavailability due to technical failures.
• AI Credits/Coins: Non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded upon request.

7. Delivery Policy

The Service is delivered digitally and instantly. Upon successful registration or payment, the user receives immediate access to the selected features. No physical delivery is performed.

8. User Obligations and AI Content

Users agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes or to upload offensive/copyrighted content. DigitalMenu.ge is not responsible for the accuracy of content generated by AI tools; users must verify AI-generated dish descriptions or ingredients.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DigitalMenu.ge shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
